Special Holiday Cocktail at Morton's the Steakhouse

We recently received a great email from Morton's the Steakhouse giving information about a new holiday cocktail they are featuring and thought it'd be a great addition to our blog!  It is called Sparkling Cinnamon Apple and started November 1st and will be available until New Year's Eve.  They shared the recipe and a picture for everyone to enjoy.  It is $14, so I am guessing this is a phenomenal cocktail!  I hope to make it there some time this holiday season to try out this festive drink!

4 oz. Lunetta Proseco (a wine)
2 oz. Lindemans Pomme (Green Apple) Lambic
1/2 oz. Monin Honey Syrup
2 oz. Hand Shaken Whipped Cream

They even shared the ingredients for the homemade whipped cream :)
(makes 6 toppings)

4 oz. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. sugar
1 dash vanilla
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously 25 times. Spoon 2 spoonfuls on top of cocktail and refrigerate leftovers.
